The activities highlighted above are accomplished through a partnership among the Women's and Children's Health Policy Center (WCHPC) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP), and the Welch Medical Library at Johns Hopkins University. AMCHP has a wealth of expertise enhancing capacity among State Title V programs through technical assistance, communities of practice, web-based resources and other initiatives. Welch Medical Library has established itself as a leader in delivering information in a fully digital environment. Our partnership is enhanced by active participation of a Consortium of 21 MCH Research experts, who bring expertise related to the 15 National Performance Measures and skills including translation, performance measures, providing technical assistance to states, and conducting literature syntheses. Additionally, project efforts are undertaken in cooperation with the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) and in collaboration with Title V and HRSA discretionary programs. Finally, all Strengthen the Evidence project activities are made possible by support from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The diagram below describes the organizational structure of Strengthen the Evidence.
